Practice this for six months and request a lower rate and/or extended line of credit. If this card issuer turns you down, be sure to tell them you're going elsewhere. They usually change their tune at this point. If not, bluff.

You can obtain the credit repair that you are after, but you have to prove it first, no one is going to take your word for it.
